From side saddle to skill at arms, dressage to riding pillion Kate is a highly experienced horse rider. Working as part of the Victorian Gymkhana team for English Heritage, mounted commentator for Arundel Castle International jousts and as a professional rider at the Royal Armouries for six years in shows such as Tudor Hunting games, mounted falconry, Wild West shows, military cavalcades as well as commentating from horseback. Kate has also appeared on ‘Time Commanders’ as a mounted weapons expert, in ‘Close to the enemy’ as a side saddle rider and various jousting and hunting scenes in ‘Arms in Action.’
